When purchasing goods from ‘Eleanoras’, customers are entering into a legally binding contract in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014).
All products purchased from ‘Eleanoras’ will be posted 2-3 working days after receiving payment, at which time we will inform you that your order has been dispatched via e-mail using the address provided at the time the order was placed. Items can take up to 3 days to arrive even with first class services, and may take even longer at busier times e.g Christmas and bank holidays.
All items purchased will be delivered via Royal Mail’s 1st Class delivery service.
Delivery will be charged at the following fixed prices:
Standard UK Delivery inc Northern Island and the Channel Islands (Includes Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man etc).

As a growing company we are unable to hold all of our items in stock and as such some of our products will be dispatched directly from our distributor via a 'Retail Fulfilment Service'. This can mean when multiple items are ordered, you may receive more than one delivery. We do this to offer a wider range of products and will notify you in all circumstances should this occur.
Returns & Refunds
Prior to delivery: You may cancel your order at any time before items are dispatched. A full refund will be given via your original payment method within 14 days.
After items are dispatched:
If you are not fully satisfied with the items you receive we will offer a full refund up to 14 days after delivery, know as the 'cooling off period' under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
You will need to inform us in writing, by e-mail of your wish to return your purchase/s before any return delivery is arranged. Contact will need to be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery and items will need to be returned to us as soon as is reasonably possible (but no more than 14 days after informing us of your desire to cancel your order). All postage costs relating to the return of such items will be met by the customer and are non-refundable.
On receiving delivery of the returned item/s we will reimburse you the full order total, via your original method of payment not more than 14 days after receiving the returned items.
Incorrect delivery & faulty/damaged items:
If items arrive damaged or are incorrect, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of delivery and we will promptly dispatch replacements. Any damaged items will require photographic images to be sent to us for our records, via our contact e-mail address, at your earliest convenience.
In the case of faulty goods, as of 1st October 2015, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides a 30-day period in which you are entitled to receive a full refund including all postage costs. Alternatively, should you prefer, we will be happy to offer you a replacement or an alternative item. We would urge you to contact us at your earliest convenience, should any problems arise and not more than 30 days after receipt of delivery.
Complaints & Cancellations
All items available for purchase are described and shown (via photographic images), as accurately as possible. Whilst every effort has been made to achieve consistency, finishes may vary on the final product.
If you have a complaint about the product you have received please contact us in order that we may be able to resolve the issue. In such circumstances you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
